Furthermore, we apply high-grade, UV-resistant sealants and wood stains to protect the fibers from the intense sun and prevent fading or cracking.

Do I need community developer approval to install a new fence? In most master-planned communities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (such as Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, or Saadiyat Island), any changes to the boundary walls or exterior fencing require a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
